Simple alterations can be done at our Store. If you need an alteration that takes more time, we can refer you to a local alteration shop.

We have a lot of Styles available at the Store. If you special order, the delivery date is given by the designer. Some orders can be delivered to our Store within 3 business days (rush fee applies). Some others could take a few months. When placing an order on line, please be specific and let us know the date you need the dress or product, so we can fulfill you request.

Based on the nature of our products (Special Occasion Dresses and accessories )we do not take returns. Our goal is to provide our Customers with Clean quality dresses and accessories. So we do not offer refunds or exchanges on purchases made in Store. Including special orders for future events once the order has been placed with the Designer. We place orders right away to keep our compromise with delivery date given to the customer. However, we do value your business and it is our goal to make you happy. For all orders placed online, you need to provide us with the date you need to receive your dress or product. Sometimes sizes or colors ran out and we can not take your order. We do not take returns based on the nature of our products (special occasion items). This policy allow us to send you Clean, New dresses that have not been returned before from previous customers. Before shipping out any item, we inspect it carefully to make sure it complies with our standards. We also send a video if the customer requires.
